The role of sound design has become increasingly emotional while modern composing continues gaining technical requisites. Brian's skill sets in both, propel him to define, merge, and transcend the roles of sound and music for the expanding demands and scale of audio expression in modern media.
Brian is a senior sound designer and re-recording engineer for the Blizzard cinematics and video departments. He licenses music, scores film, and releases as an artist independently. He holds a B.A in music composition and advanced music theory from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania where he studied with award winning composer Daniel Perlongo. Brian is a classically trained multi-instrumentalist, experienced production and live sound mixer, and has contributed music to fifteen films. He worked as an in-house senior sound designer for the Call Of Duty franchise with Activision Raven where he won a TEC, GANG, and Golden Reel award for sound design in interactive audio before moving to Orange County to join Blizzard Entertainment.
